Mike is a full CHP Board member and a member of the CHP Executive Management Group. He is also on the Board of NCL Connect. His financial responsibilities include strategic financial advice and performance reporting to the Board, providing financial advice at all levels across the organisation, financial planning, budgeting and management reporting as well as ensuring effective creditor payment, payroll and income management systems. In addition, Mike has a significant portfolio of other responsibilities and project work such as corporate risk management and oversight, governance including financial governance, dealing with a range of company secretarial functions and overseeing the CHP Coding Hub service and CHPs HR function.
