Michele joined CHP in 2016 and has worked on a range of projects e.g. Camden Home Visiting Team, Special Allocations Scheme for NCL. In her current role at the Diabetes and IPU service, she works closely with Camden GP surgeries, CNWL and local trusts making sure the patients with diabetes are receiving the right care and advice to help them manage and understand their diabetes. Michele also runs the Extended Access Service for 8 surgeries in Camden which provides out of hour care when the surgeries are closed.
