Alex is a GP Partner at the Caversham Group Practice in Kentish Town. He trained at UCL medical school and the Whittington GP training scheme and has been has been working in Camden General Practice since 2007. He has a background in clinical research and education with interests in mental health and health systems, teaching for UCL Department of Primary Care and Population Health for 10 years, and is also a GP Trainer. Alex has had several clinical leadership roles, leading on clinical pathways and then mental health for Camden CCG, and then as a Primary Care Network Clinical Director for Kentish Town. He was the Clinical Lead for Camden Health Partners Covid vaccination programme prior to becoming CHP Chair.
