Delia is our Human Resources (HR) Director and oversees all aspects of HR activities within CHP. This includes the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing the recruitment process and systems, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and supporting CHP managers by providing specialist advice and guidance on HR and employee relation issues.
